• A copy of the passengers COMPLETED visa application, their passport, two 1"x1" photos on a white background, their meningitis vaccination, and any required birth or marriage certificates
• The Meningitis Vaccination must be stamped by the hospital or clinic. A signature is not enough.
• All Passports must have AT LEAST 6 months of validity left PRIOR to DATE OF DEPARTURE.
